Clarity processes it in the background
The certificate runs through the Clarity OCR engine to extract the text. Clarity AI then identifies the correct gage and maps the data to the right fields. Processed entries wait in your inbox, ready for review.

You review and approve
Open the entry like an email: the calibration record is on the left, the original PDF on the right. Confirm the key fields — gage, dates, and results, plus measurement uncertainty and any decision rule / statement of conformity where the certificate carries them — adjust anything if needed, and click Approve. GageList creates the calibration record and attaches the PDF for reference. Done.
