The GageList calibration notification system emails a report of all measurement and test equipment that is coming due (or is past due for calibration), based on calibration schedules you set for each piece of equipment. The account administrator can configure the report to send notices on one or more days of the week. The recipients can be any email addresses. They don’t have to be associated with a GageList account.
GageList allows you to schedule notifications to a customizable list of recipients.
Our enhanced email calibration notifications allow reports to be sent to equipment assignees or others. An equipment assignee (or owner) is a person or team who is assigned the equipment for use. Assignees may be internal users or external customers. By adding others, similar notifications may be sent to interested parties such as department managers, calibration vendors responsible for the equipment, or anyone else. Notification recipients don’t need access to GageList to receive the report. However, if they do have access, they can click a link in the report to view calibration records for each gage referenced in the report.
Notification settings are simple and clear.

Administrators can individualize notices so that only those team members who need to know about a gage’s upcoming due dates are emailed. Enhanced notifications are ideal for large, multi-site companies, and calibration labs, or any other organization where administrators want users from one company or department to only see notices about the equipment they own or manage.
Email calibration notifications are included with all plans, including the free plan. However, the enhancement to include equipment assignees is only available on paid plans.
