GageList allows an Administrator to specify which equipment statuses are considered active or inactive. A list of gages identified as active or inactive can be accessed from the Dashboard.
Note: Gages with a status identified as inactive are excluded from scheduling lists and email notification reports.

- Log in to GageList.
- Click on the Settings icon in the sidebar.
- Select General Settings.
- Find the field Statuses Identified as Active and add any statuses that would identify as an active gage status. Any gage that has a status other than the listed will be considered inactive.
Note: Make sure to include any statuses that may be used by your gages in Equipment Status.
