GageList offers robust issue and return functionality for streamlined crib management. This feature enables accurate tracking of tools and equipment issued to and returned by users. By providing a clear and efficient process for managing these transactions, GageList helps maintain precise inventory records, monitor tool utilization, and optimize your overall crib management workflow.

Crib Status
- In:
- Gage: Can be issued if the gage is not part of a kit.
- Kit: Can be issued.
- Out:
- Gage: Can be returned if the gage is not part of a kit.
- Kit: Can be returned.
Issue/Return from Account

Issue/Return a Gage from a Gage Record
- Find and open the gage record to be issued/returned.
- Click Issue Gage or Return Gage at the top-right of the gage record.
- If the option does not appear, check if the gage is part of a kit or contact your administrator to check your crib permissions.
- Scan or enter the Employee‘s badge ID.
- Enter values for the gage fields to be updated.
- Click Issue or Return.

Issue/Return Gages from a Gage View
- Open any gage view (found under Gages on the left sidebar).
- Select the gages to be issued/returned.
- Typically, you would only select gages that can be issued or returned. Gages that do not meet the criteria are omitted from the issue/return action.
- Click Issue Gages or Return Gages.
- Scan or enter the Employee‘s badge ID.
- Enter values for the gage fields to be updated.
- Click Issue or Return.

Issue/Return a Kit
- Go to Kitting (found under Crib on the left sidebar).
- Select the kit to be issued/returned.
- Click Issue Kit or Return Kit.
- Scan or enter the Employee‘s badge ID.
- Enter values for the gage and/or kit fields to be updated.
- Click Issue or Return.
Issue/Return from Kiosk

Issue/Return Gages from the Kiosk
- Go to Kiosk (found under Crib on the left sidebar).
- Click Gage in the Issue or Return section.
- Scan or enter the Employee‘s badge ID.
- Scan or enter the gage identifier for each gage to be issued/returned.
- Enter values for the gage fields to be updated.
- Click Issue or Return.

- Go to Kiosk (found under Crib on the left sidebar).
- Click Kit in the Issue or Return section.
- Scan or enter the Employee‘s badge ID.
- Scan or enter the kit identifier to be issued/returned.
- Enter values for the gage and/or kit fields to be updated.
- Click Issue or Return.
