1. Log in to GageList.
  2. From the sidebar, click the Gages icon.
  3. Select any option that appears in the menu to view a list of existing gages.
  4. Select the gage to be calibrated.
  5. Click Add Calibration to create a new calibration record.
  6. Click the SELECT button and select the Condition Received.
  7. Enter the Uncertainty value as needed.
  8. Enter the calibration test data as shown below

Entering Calibration Test Data

Select the type of Calibration Test.
Basic: Calibration results are recorded outside of GageList, such as on a 3rd party certificate.
Detailed: Calibration results are recorded using GageList.

  1. Enter the Record Location.

Detailed

  1. Enter the calibration tests in the table. (A calibration test template can be used if available)
  2. Enter values for As Found, As Left, and set whether the results pass or fail.
  3. Confirm if any adjustments/repairs are required and if the gage is fit for use.
  4. Confirm if the gage falls within specification.
  5. Confirm if action is required. If it is, complete the questions that appear.
  6. Attachments can be included by clicking Choose File and selecting a file.
  7. To attach another file, click Add File and repeat the previous step.
  8. Enter any Additional Comments as needed.
  9. Click the SELECT button and select the Calibration Date using the date picker.
  10. Click the SELECT button and select the Update Gage Status value.
  11. Enter the Time and Cost values as decimal numbers.
  12. Click Save.

Certificates and Labels

  1. Generate and print measurement equipment calibration labels as needed.
  2. Generate and share or save Certificate of Calibration as needed.
