GageList allows an Administrator to specify which equipment statuses are considered active or inactive. A list of gages identified as active or inactive can be accessed from the Dashboard.

Note: Gages with a status identified as inactive are excluded from scheduling lists and email notification reports.

    1. Log in to GageList.
    2. Click on the Settings icon in the sidebar.
    3. Select General Settings.
    4. Find the field Statuses Identified as Active and add any statuses that would identify as an active gage status. Any gage that has a status other than the listed will be considered inactive.

Note: Make sure to include any statuses that may be used by your gages in Equipment Status.
